NEW WITH DAMAGED BOXES: We receive machines from Gaggia Italy on pallets, and sometimes the outer packages can get damaged in transit or when unloading and storage. We offer these new machines at lower prices on this page.
REFURBISHED MACHINES: These are machines which have been sent to customers and have come back, either they are opened and used by the customer and returned due to minor issues, or are sent back because they are the wrong item sent, or the customer has decided to upgrade the machine. We check them and sell them as refurbished machines.
