Coffee is our business and so it is a “no-brainer” that we should be supporters of the Macmillan campaign “World's Biggest Coffee Morning”, apart from the fact that Macmillan is such a fantastic charity to support for all the help it gives those people who are going through cancer treatment and their families.
We have therefore, over the years, done our small part and hosted our own Macmillan Coffee Morning at our office for our staff and invited other local businesses to join us.
In 2018 when Gaggia celebrated its 80th Birthday, in early September, we converted our party into a fundraising event for Macmillan.
This year, this cannot happen in person but we feel we can and must still do something.
We are, at the moment, giving a FREE bag of coffee with our machines or asking customers to forego this gift and ask us to donate £5 to Macmillan.
If you have not purchased a machine, you can do your bit by donating something to Macmillan directly. We have created a special page for this purpose.
