If you need to get your machine repaired, please go to the Repair page for more information. If you need your machine repaired during the warranty period, you will be asked to provide the proof of purchase, even if you have registered the product with us.

The company employs Gaggia trained engineers in repairing and servicing of Gaggia and Saeco machines. Caffe Shop Ltd carries an extensive range of new and re-conditioned Gaggia, Saeco and Caffitaly coffee machines. We SELL, REPAIR and SERVICE home, office and commercial machines.

We are based in Elland, West Yorkshire, about 3 minutes from Junction 24 of the M62 Motorway.
